Sleeping up to eight guests, it boasts a private garden, off-road parking, and is just a short stroll from both the beach and village centre. Guests can enjoy distant sea views and modern comforts throughout.
Beautifully finished with a contemporary design, the house is arranged to make the most of its coastal setting. The first floor features a triple-aspect sitting room, kitchen, and dining area with balconies front and back. Three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms sit on the ground floor, while the top floor is home to a grand master bedroom with its own balcony and en-suite.

The light and airy open plan room has wonderful views of the local countryside and the sea beyond. The lounge features two large comfy leather sofas and an armchair, which are ideal for watching the TV, reading a book or just admiring the view. Neatly located towards the rear of the open plan living room is the kitchen/dining area. The kitchen, which is beautifully styled with pale blue cupboards and white work surfaces, is sleek and modern, and fitted with a wide range of integrated appliances.
Overlooking the garden is the wonderful dining table, which can comfortably seat up to eight for all occasions, and is beautifully in keeping with the house’s modern contemporary charm.

The well-equipped kitchen features a fridge, a freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, an electric oven with hob and a washing machine. There is also ample cutlery and crockery, including containers for picnics, and items specifically for children.
The front bedroom at Sunset Beach is both modern and stylish. The double aspect bedroom overlooks the front garden making it a wonderful place to awaken on a sunny summer’s morning.
The front bedroom features zip and link beds, giving guests the flexibility to choose between a king size bed or two singles. There is also a good sized wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
The middle bedroom is a lovely spacious twin with two full size single beds and plenty of storage space, including a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers. This room also has a handy arm chair.
The rear double bedroom has a wonderfully luxurious and modern feel. Decorated in neutral colours it has a stylish finish. Central to the bedroom is a double bed, which sits alongside a large built-in wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
Situated at the rear of the house, the bedroom is able to take advantage of direct access to the terrace which is perfect for enjoying warm summer evenings.
The rear bedroom benefits from its own private en-suite bathroom, which is fitted with a good size walk-ins shower, a WC and a wash basin. A heated towel rail is also provided.
Situated at the rear of the house is the snug, which has direct access to the terrace and garden beyond. The lovely bright room has a comfy sofa and a wall-mounted TV.
Centrally located on the ground floor of the house is the spacious family bathroom. Tastefully decorated with cream walls and marble tiles the bathroom is ideal for families. Featured in the bathroom is a bath with a hand-held shower attachment, a separate shower cubicle, a wash basin and a WC. A large heated towel rail is also fitted.
Sunset Beach has a lovely south facing garden perfect for catching the afternoon sun. The garden, which is mainly laid to lawn, is nice and level making it ideal for a ball game or just relaxing with a book.
Retreat to the wood-decked terrace where a large table seating eight is featured and provides the ideal destination for enjoying alfresco dinners or a summer BBQ.
A summer house is also available and houses additional garden furniture, including more garden chairs, a sun umbrella and a clothes airer. There is also an outside tap. For storage of surfboards, wet suits and other sports equipment a lockable shed is situated to the front of the house, where there is also a communal garden.
A recent addition to Sunset Beach is a luxurious second floor loft conversion, which has created a stunning Master Suite for guests to enjoy. The second floor bedroom with king-size bed boasts countryside views from its large, rear facing window and garden views from its front facing balcony.
The bedroom features built-in storage cupboards and drawers, which surround a mounted TV.
The Master suite benefits from an en-suite bathroom, which is fitted with a walk-in shower, a WC and a wash basin.
Please note Sunset Beach forms a part of the beautifully refurbished Leadengate House, which is made up of three good quality properties. To the front of the house is a large communal garden whilst to the rear each of the cottages have their own enclosed gardens where children can play safely.
